Almost every day, My Horizon box either freezes or it shuts down (restarts) when in use. This is especially evident if it is used for many hours. Every time it freezes, you must switch it off, wait a short time, then switch it back on. And when switching on, it takes minutes to start up. And when it does work, the menus and response from the remote control are very slow. On top f this, recording tv shows is also unreliable. Multiple times it has not recorded all of a show, and even had the storage completely full due 22 hours of recording for a 30 minutue show…..more than once!! I am tired of this process, I am fed up with having to put up with it. I just want the service i pay for to work properly!
What are my options? new Horizon box? firmware upgrade? Tried factory reset many times and makes no difference at all.
