Ok so the wall socket is definitely RJ45 on universal cabling and the small white box on the right of the cabinet on your picture is the arrival of that plug.
I believe with Swisscom devices they will provide you a box to install in the cabinet and plug to the fibre socket. Then you will have to put a patch between the box and this plug arrival and then connect the Swisscom TV box at the wall outlet.
Unfortunately it seems for UPC that the cable coax has not been installed but one of the empty blue tubes (probably the big one) is most likely going down the building for that.
There is a team of moderators that monitor the forum yes. ( @Anina & @UPC_Ex_Mod ) They help as much as they can… but yes you partially right… UPC call-center have a very bad reputation and this is unfortunate because UPC customer support is generally good… when you are able to get to them…
But don’t delude yourself… Swisscom call center will absolutely not be better….
