My router seems to be broken. After 5 years of problem-free service since few days I have an issue with connecting via WIFI. Each time I need to restart the router in order to connect with my laptops. If I don’t do that I can’t connect and I have a error message “invalid ip protocol”.
Does anybody know what is the process of router exchange? I contacted UPC support, sent email but no reply…
