I’m Upc user since January 2016 and, until April 2017, everythig was working perfectly. Nevertheless, lately I’m suffering low speedor the network goes down at certain times (eveening and weekends). The way to fix it is to reboot the modem throug the webapp and it’s happening to all the devies I have connected to the modem - 2mobiles by Wifi + 1Laptop by ethernet.
My modem is: CONNECT BOX. CH7465LG-LC
I’ve run speed tests with the cnlab app and the speed is certainly unstable and doesn’t reach the 100Mb but during peaks (mean of 20Mb).
What should I do? the moden webapp is in my favourites so I can reboot it constantly 🙁
