I am just wondering, we signed up with UPC end of September and until now we still haven’t gotten any bill.
Also, my profile seems to say that it is in “disconnected status”. When I opened a suppport ticket, it’s still using my old address!
When we asked at a UPC booth, they said the bill should come this month. It still hasn’t and it’s almost end of the month. I’m a bit worried! Everything still works though, strangely.
