Having browsed the forum, it is apparently the right place to request a switch to IPV4 to allow port forwarding.
Would you kindly do so for my device?

Hello, I would also like to request a switch to IPv4 so the port forwarding option is available for me. Thank you.
Please send a private message to @UPC_Team with your request, customer number, address and birth date and they will switch to IPv4. Alternatively call the support.
Sadly, it seems that the private message feature is not functioning properly (at least for me ?).
When trying to message @UPC_Team I get the following error message “The requested resource was not found”.
Any clue?

Make a call to the Support 0800 66 88 66.
Changing to IPv4 is also possible there and not only possible here.

I guess that’s a bug in the new community (launched today). I’ve informed them about it.
I’ve tried calling both numbers and none of them work. I’m in Romania and I still wish for my modem to be switched to be able to port forward.
CurryChiken this support forum is only for upc Switzerland. You have to call your local support.
