I would like to change my external IP address. Can anyone help me?
I have tried turning off my UPC box and leaving it off for 10 minutes, but when it comes back online I still have the same IP address?

This is not possible, respectively we can not do. A trick was once that you set your modem in router mode and then again in bridge mode or vice versa. But this did not work for everyone.

kgl_m With your product, the IP addresses are assigned dynamically. There is no reason to change the IP address and we do not have the possibility from here. If you want other IP addresses, we recommend our Business product.
