Is there any way to contact the UPC support via email or Web?
My cable modem is dead and I need a replacement ASAP
Before anyone asking: With dead I mean really dead, no lights, nothing. Even after a power cycle.

A modem replacement has already been initiated. You will receive a replacement tomorrow by mail.
I would check the modem on an other socket in your house. Just the modem, no signal connection. Just to be sure. If no light come up there, @UPC_Team can organize you a new modem.
