Hey all - my new UPC TV Box doesn’t seem to load, just displaying a blue screen with “provisioning error CS1160” - has anyone know what this means, or how to fix it?
Leave it connected to your modem/router for a couple of hours and if you still don’t get your service provisioned then you’ll need to phone up or wait until Monday when UPC support here starts work.
I managed to work this out - I have multiple outlets in my apartment and the box needed to plugged in to a different one. I now vaguely recall this happening before once as well.
