Dear UPS, are you really offering this to existing clients? “Upgrade” to 300 mbit/s for “only” 79 CHF, even though there is a an offer with 600 mbit/s for 69 CHF?
And then you cannot see the old offer anymore, until you open it in a new browser.
Not mentioning the funny webpage which is giving the offer, without a standard double confirmation, similar to adding to a cart and ordering, also without customer information.
And where is the confirmation email? No information in my UPC account about it.
How to cancel this order?
