I got the email saying that everything was done and that I just have to “Plu and play”…
Reality is the modem doesn’t get the line. I have rebooted the modem, but no success. I have reset the modem and wait for like hours, but modem didn’t get the line.
At the moment the modem “Connect Box” get his power light green flashing.!
So today I have tried to contact support, but it was impossible waiting for ever I have tried several times.
Last one I wait for more that hours and still no one picking up the line.
So is there any way to have someone checking my line, and/or sending a tech to connect it..
