For the 3rd time this week my Internet has cut out. My devices remain connected to the WiFi, but there is no Internet.
I restart the router but no help. Then the WiFi completely disappears and I have to wait hours until it is fixed.
I log onto my account to check the status, which tells me there is a problem, but it can’t be fixed.
Have tried moving the router to a different access point but no use. Also tried with a direct wire from the router, but still no Internet.
Any known issues for connections over the past week?
