Our Gigabox is constantly restarting… initial symptom is all wifi connections being dropped, then a minute or so later the device restarts (white status light blinks and then stays off for a minute or so and turns on again).
We’ve reverted unfortunately to using our portable Yallo 4G router that we use for customer events for “stable” internet, as we’ve lost confidence in the stability of service with UPC, which we require for work…
All the standard troubleshooting has been done… from resetting the router and having to reconfigure and register everything again to checking the ports and connectors…
We’re now on the telephone support waiting in the queue for 40 minutes for the first human interaction….
Reading the threads, there’s a lot of others experiencing the same issues, so looks like a systemic UPC issue.
Maybe a message to all customers is needed?
