Since 3 weeks I am experiencing connection issues. For a year it was working perfectly and now I spend hours with your support on the phone every single day.
I had a router exchanged 2 weeks ago, no change.
I had a socket exchanged, no change.
I was connecting through cable, issues still persist.
Every time I connect to my UPC, I see service partially available but the Helpdesk says that they cannot see any connection issues.
I work from home and this is really unacceptable. Any ideas what more can I do?
