Well it has been another two weeks. The technician was out. He found what he called a “temporary” problem that was fixed by the time he left. At the time he asked me to monitor it for a week, and that someone else would be in contact. I did get a call a week later, and I informed the person that there has been no improvement.
This morning the box rebooted 6 times between 7:05 and 7:50.
I realize that a big part of my problem is that I do not speak German well enough to truly explain the problem, but even when I call in with the case number I have I am put on hold for so long that the call times out.
At this point, I guess I just would like to know if anyone is looking into the problem, or if I should find a new provider?
