Due to problems with wifi we ordered a connect pod which was supposed to be free (we only ordered 1). On our current bill (due to be paid today) there is a 5fr monthly charge for the connect pod. I’ve tried contactin UPC to enquire about that. There was nor response to my email. I also tried calling the helpline but after typing in t he client number and year of birth as requested the only thing I can hear is a silence. Tried multiple times.Can anyone advise why we are being charged for the connect pod?

We have recorded the missing discount and credited the charged item of CHF 5.17. In the future you will no longer be charged for the Connect Pod.
