OK - well, i guess you can send another modem, but based on my experience thus far, I am not hopeful that it will work. Have you had anyone experience this issue before? If so, how was it resolved? Do you have any potential solutions if this new modem does not work? I really only need the My Connect app to have my Pod extend our WiFi coverage. Is another method to get my Pod connected or to extent my WiFi coverage? Would it work if i simply placed another modem upstairs? Also, what do i do with these extra modems that you are sending to me?
