I open the “My Connect” app. It recognizes my account. When I select “Devices” at the bottom, for “My Network”, I get an error stating, “Modem not found - We can’t find your modem. Please see Instructions”. It is the same message that I have received every time I have ever tried to use the app. I removed the app and reinstalled the app, logged back in and i still get the “We can’t detect your modem” error. Yes, I am connected to the WiFi when i start the app. I don’t know the details of this app, but I am having a tough time understanding how i can be using the modem for the WiFi, but the app indicates that it cannot detect the modem??? I know that this app and the Pods are relatively new, has anyone been able to get their app to recognize their modem? Regardless, there must be another way for me to connect the Pod that we have to the modem so that we can enhance the WiFi coverage in our home. Please advise!
