Hello, I have been living with no internet for the last 3 days. I haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone from technical support that can speak English. I have troubleshot all the potential issues with cables from the optical out to the connect box, power cycled the device many times. The router log shows an error that says “No Ranging Response received”. The downstream wifi is accessible, but the router will not connect to the internet. We still have a green light on the base of the connect box, but the internet connection light is just flashing. Any recommendations?
