I switched to connect box recently about a week back. After this, the internet connection has been very unstable and I get disconnected frequently.
Could you please check and fix this at the earliest?

You’re in the customers help customers section. We don’t have the tools to check your connection.
I would recommend calling the support (there are people with english skills) under 0800 66 88 66. They can see the signal strengh and quality from your modem. Something we can’t.
