I just received “Connect Box” and tried connecting it. However, there is no green/white light flashing. Is this faulty piece?

Do you have the Horizon box?
If yes, how do you have connected the Horizon Box and the Connect Box.
If no, are you a new customer or did you receive the Connect Box to replace an old UPC modem?

1. I don’t have Horizon box as I have only internet subscription and no TV.
2. I ’m existing customer and received “Connect Box” only to replace an Old UPC modem (2014 model)
Thanks for the informations. You should check if all the cables are well plggued. If nothing changes, you should call the hotline. Maybe you’re modem isn’t activetad yet.
I walked into UPC service center and got it repalced. And the new connect box is working well.
