We keep getting this error when watching a video from my network. ‘Your box has lost its connection with your home network please check your home network via settings error code9020’. It happens with Twonky as well as WD My Cloud. Anyone know why? Thank you!

I am not an expert, but the same problem happened to a customer one year ago. The unique solution is to call the UPC’s support: 0800 66 88 66. They will find a way to fix this error.
