when I go to ‘forgot my password’ and put in my email address I get the message
‘THE ACCOUNT DOES NOT HAVE ANY SAVED RECOVERY SETTINGS’
what do I do next

Since you did not enter an alternative email address or cell phone number in your account to recover your password, the password must be sent by mail. Please choose the option to send your password via mail.
Thanks but where is that option if I can’t log in?

@mac99 , I can trigger your password by letter, which will be with you in about 2 working days if you want. Another way would be to contact the technical support on 0800 66 88 66.
i still hve the valid password on my iphone but i cant see it. If you send the password by mail will it cut off my email to the phone for two days

the password is only saved in the imail account settings not the main password list so I cant see it
if you send a letter will it kill the current password immediately?
@mac99 ,As soon as we have triggered the dispatch, we have to ask you not to log in with your old password. I believe the password will be changed immediately.
