Hi @Daniele_UPC, Our Connect Box started doing this two days ago. Steady red light, with weak internet, or turns off completely on its own. Unplugged, resets, and troubleshooting, does not correct it. It is Easter weekend, and I am on home office again Tuesday. Is there anyone working to be able to request an exchange for our modem? Or will we be stuck internet less for another week?
