I have similar issue like person before, need to enable port forwarding but dont have the option in the menu. According to previous post I need to switch router to ipv4. Can I do that myself resp. do I need support from UPC?

Coud I have our ConnectBox switched to IP4 to enable port forwarding, too? (the one in Ticino, not in Aargau, in case there is an ambiguity.
