MyUPC: Easy unblocking for suspended customers and other new features

Easily manage your subscription and view invoices, order new products or activate Wi-Free. We've reworked and expanded MyUPC. Here you can find the most important Changes.

- Adjust payment due date
- Complete network disruption integration
- Moving abroad or outside the coverage area

 

New customer experience for suspended customers:
Affected customers are already informed on the overview page of the "Suspension" block and can now easily unblock their account:
The "Un-Suspend" button takes you to an intermediate page that explains the process of unblocking the account and mentions the unblocking fee of CHF 65.

Pay Now" takes you to the Saferpay page, where the credit card information is entered.

Permitted payment methods are: Visa/Mastercard and Twint

After a successful payment authorization Saferpay forwards to a MyUPC page. As soon as the payment has been approved, a "Thank you" will appear on this page.

Adjust payment due date:
Tab "Billing Settings" was slightly redesigned, now it is possible to adjust the time of invoice delivery (beginning, middle or end of the month)

Complete network failure integration:
You can see at a glance whether there is a known service fault at your address. By clicking on "Sign-up for notification" the e-mail address can be entered, you shouldn't be registered on the network disruption page yet. A message via SMS is currently not possible.

Move abroad or outside the coverage area:
You can now enter your move outside the service area or abroad directly in MyUPC.
