Connect Box Crash

 

Standard specification compliant : DOCSIS 3.0
Hardware version : 4.01
Software version : CH7465LG-NCIP-6.12.18.26-3p4-GA-NOSH

 

AdvancedSettings->Firewall link clicked, connection to router lost

Router is lost and all lights show red

Router rebooted via hard reset

Since crash Diagnostics Tool on Home page shows  failure [See screenshot] but internet connection is available although shows intermitent package/connection loss [PING -t]

Help desk was not very helpfull, just stated "I see no problem"

Speed test also showed intermitent losses

We have checked the signal values and they are ok. Please contact our technical support again, so that they can open a ticket and let the specialists check it again.
