I have just received my "Connect box" but I can't seem get any Wi-fi signal from it. I managed to get into the UPC setup page and it keeps saying that there is no connection. I'm not an expert but the only thing that seems odd to me is in the "status" page. The "Aquired downstream Channel (Hz)" is locked. Does this have anything to do with the issue? I just moved in and I was thinking that there might be some issue with the phone line.
The downstream chanels concern the link between the box and UPC (WAN). This has nothing to do with WIFI.
What is the wireless status on the connect box home page? Did you try to run a network diagnostic?
