Consistent packet loss - St. Sulpice

Hi,  I am seeing regular packet loss on the first hop behind the connect box.    My first hop from st. sulpice is CH-NAX01A-RT1.aorta.net (84.116.251.239).  Overall it's about 0.3% packet loss, which might seem trivial, but it's annoying, and should be zero.

 

Any idea how to get someone to look at this and fix it?  Been going on for months, just found this forum to "complain".  Regards!
