For the last few weeks, my Giga connectbox has been showing a white light and is no longer sending out any WiFi signal. I can't connect to it at all. I've tried restarting it and all the other steps in the recommended troubleshooting, but it just keeps showing the white light. Anything I can do to fix this?
Please contact our technical support (0800 66 88 66 chose german an let you transfer to a english speaking person) so they can check the modem and cabling with you. They may be able to provide a technician.
