@gdjdtjm & @adrianlondon , I will gladly give you an intermediate feedback regarding your modem:
- our technicians are currently analyzing your two modems and the reason why the MAC addresses of the modems have discrepancies
- I should get a feedback until about 17 o'clock, which hopefully will fix your bug, or another solution
Please excuse the service interruption caused by a wrong MAC address of the modem.
@gdjdtjm & @adrianlondon , Please keep your modem connected to the network. A script will try to adjust the MAC addresses. The modem is then restarted. I can only tell you in the morning if everything was successful and I will contact you again. You'll probably figure it out before then.

We have made the changeover, which will be completed in 30 minutes. Restart your modem afterwards. If you have problems, reset your modem. Press the reset button on the back of the modem with a pointed object for at least 25 seconds. Then please try again.
