Internet Connect Box - 192.168.0.1 refused to connect.

Hi,

 

I'm getting the message "192.168.0.1 refused to connect." when I try to connect to the ConnectBox. 

Why is this happening ? How can this be fixed ?

Good evening @saurabhbhatia, welcome to the community,

 

Yo can try to reset your Connect Box to factory default reset. Press and hold the RESET button which is located at the back of your Connect Box. Press it for five to ten seconds. After factory default settings are restored, the box will take up to 30 minutes to restart.

After this manipulation, try again to connect at 192.168.0.1 with a device which is connected by WiFi or via a LAN cable to the Connect Box.
