Over the past couple of months, have noticed several service interruptions in my internet connection. Last 3-4 weeks, more frequent. I tried to contact UPC but as other users mentioned, there is no English option. Then, thought to send an email to UPC Support but couldn't find it (actually, is there any that I am missing ?). So, as a last resource am sharing this in this forum. Could a UPC Technical support person please send me on my private email if not having time to call, any feedback on what's going on with the internet connections ?
Could it be a local issue only ? A General one ?

Please contact our support again. Choose german and get connected with an english speaking support person. On the signal side everything is ok with the can and the modem.
