Internet not working and landlord not responding

Hello! We have had no internet for the last two days (green arrows flashing), and have tried all the usual tricks of unplugging and replugging in various wires and the router/modem. We rely on the internet for home office and thus this is a major problem. Our landlord is the primary customer for the service, and he has not responded to our request to call the service provider. I was wondering if there is a way to speak to someone who can help us with the problem, given that we cannot directly contact Unitymedia technical services because we don't have our landlord's personal customer information?

@Particle , For processing, please send us your upc Switzerland customer number, address and date of birth via private message. We will then check the configuration of your modem.
