No RF connection

Hi I just got my giga connect box. And I connected as per the instructions. Even after keeping the box on for a while night ( 8 hours ) the status at home ( ) shows no RF connection ( red ). What could be the issue here?

The LED is white and stable but there is no internet connection

Is there a number where I can get some help in English or has any one else faced this problem?

Welcome to the Community!
Can you please try the following?

- connect a TV to the can and do a channel search. If you receive channels, then the can is not sealed. If you do not receive any channels, then the can is sealed. In this case, contact our customer service on 0800 66 88 66 for unsealing.

- If you receive the channels, do you have another socket where you can plug in the modem? If not, please take some pictures of your installation and post them here.

Is there a number where some one can help me in English as the options available are only German, French and Italian. 


I guess it needs to be unsealed
