Can you please try the following?
- connect a TV to the can and do a channel search. If you receive channels, then the can is not sealed. If you do not receive any channels, then the can is sealed. In this case, contact our customer service on 0800 66 88 66 for unsealing.
- If you receive the channels, do you have another socket where you can plug in the modem? If not, please take some pictures of your installation and post them here.
