No connection

Hi
My internet is not working since morning for both my laptop and mobile as well. I try to troubleshoot via setting link it says that broadband service is the problem.what to do to solve this issue?

Same problem here. Whole day was ok, last two hours no connection. It says that I'm connected to internet but no real connection.

It just stopped to work... Reset didn't help. And of course late time, no real support.

Pfff all this.
