No connection

Ok, I'm whole evening without internet connection. It just stopped to work.

This is now already second time for today that my connection break out, but first time was for 30 seconds, now 3 hours without internet.

Very happy as a new customer. First time and never again cable.

I tried to reset Box, nothing changed. Restarted xx times, same **bleep**.

@tiborlipovec , On 16.05.2020 we explained to you at the hotline why your internet is not working anymore. If you have additional questions, please contact our customer service again.
