No internet connection

I recieved my happy home 600 yesterday and the connect box isn't connected to the internet. I plugged it in and followed the quick guide but until now the led shows a blinking green. I cannot contact the customer service because the automated voice isnt in English. Thank you.

@ernelito , Welcome to our Community!

If you plug a TV cable directly from the socket to your TV and do a channel scan, you'll find channels? If not, you would have to unseal your TV can. If yes, could you please tell us how you connected your modem? Maybe with some pictures?

I just moved into another house today and notified upc using upc move. The led is white but still doesn't have connection to the internet.

@ernelito , as I see in the system, your modem is now online and everything seems to be working.
