Port Forwarding Connect Box

Hi,

 

I have similar issue like person before, need to enable port forwarding but dont have the option in the menu. According to previous post I need to switch router to ipv4. Can I do that myself resp. do I need support from UPC?

Hi Daniele, I have a similar Issue - I am not able to establish a connection to the external IP.

 

what info do you need?

Coud I have our ConnectBox switched to IP4 to enable port forwarding, too? (the one in Ticino, not in Aargau, in case there is an ambiguity.

Your modem has already been converted to IPv4.
