why can't I creat a new rule for port forwarding? This function is disabled...

@davide74 , Please restart your modem once. The modem is online since 29 days. If no ports can be forwarded after the restart, please reset your modem. To do this, gently press the reset button on the back of the modem with a pointed object for at least 25 seconds.

 

Try it again after that.

@remosito , Welcome to the community! 

 

We have made the changeover, which will be completed in 30 minutes. Restart your modem afterwards. If you have problems, reset your modem. To do this, gently press the reset button on the back with a pointed object for at least 25 seconds. Then try again.

Hi Danielle, I also need to forward ports on my connect box. If I understood that means UPC has to reconfigure it to IPv4?If that is so, can you please also do that for me?

@Daniele_UPC  could you please also reonfigure my connect box modem as I neet the port forwarding functionalitiy.
