Port Forwarding - Switch to IPv4

Hello. I would like to set up port forwarding on my Connect Box for a handful of ports. However, I noticed that the Port Forwarding menu is not available with the default configuration (IPv6). Would it be possible to switch my Connect Box to IPv4?

@mihaidusmanu ,We have made the changeover, which will be completed in 30 minutes. Restart your modem afterwards. If you're in trouble, perform a modem reset. Gently press the reset button on the Back for at least 25 seconds. Then try again.

We have made the changeover, which will be completed in 30 minutes. Restart your modem afterwards. If you have problems, reset your modem. To do this, gently press the reset button on the back with a pointed object for at least 25 seconds. Then try again.

I reset the router but still can't set port forward rule to ipv4, see image. Am I missing something?

@nader_said , Your modem is not online. I recommend you to reset it again. Important: Press the reset button for at least 25 seconds. Please wait 20min after the reset.

I tried again but still the same as before. I can provide my upc customer number if needed.

for reference my current ip is 31.10.151.6
