Port Forwarding

Can I please be switched to ipv4 so that I can access Port fowarding.

Welcome to the Community!

 

We have made the changeover, which will be completed in 30 minutes. Restart your modem afterwards. If you have problems, reset your modem. Press the reset button on the back of the modem with a pointed object for at least 25 seconds. Then try again.

Would it be ok if you switched my modem to IPv4, as I need to Port Foward?

For processing, please send us your customer number, address and date of birth via private message. We will then change the configuration of your modem to IPv4.
