Port Forwarding

Hi,

 

logging in to my connect box, i can see the tab for port forwarding, but the button tiled "create a new rule" is greyed out so i am unable to perform port forwarding.

 

can you help

@ktg , Welcome to the Community!
Can you please restart your modem or reset it briefly by pressing the reset button on the back with a needle for about 30 seconds?
