Re: Port forwarding- switch to IPv4

@egielle , how many port forwardings have you already set for the same IP? Have you ever tried to delete a port forwarding? Can you then make a new entry?

Greetings

Re: Port forwarding- switch to IPv4

@egielle ,as I see in the system, your modem has already been switched to IPv4. Can you confirm this? You may need to restart your modem.

Re: Port forwarding- switch to IPv4

Hi Daniele,

I'll give it a shoot this evening but I've kind of doubt. I've checked it out yersterday at noon and port forwarding was still grayed out.

I'll keep you informed.

Bye

@egielle , please test it this afternoon and post a screenshot if it doesn't work. Please don't forget to restart your modem first.

Re: Port forwarding- switch to IPv4

Hi Daniele,

just restarted my Connect Box but nothing changed.

I've also tried to reset it to factory default but nothing.

I've attached a screenshot.

What do you think?

Re: Port forwarding- switch to IPv4

Hello.

Thank you very much for your request. IPv4 is currently active on your modem. So port forwarding is also possible.

Re: Port forwarding- switch to IPv4

Hi Daniele, I've just tried again and now PF works like a charm. Don't know what's happened.
I'm closing this thread, thanks for your support.
