@egielle , how many port forwardings have you already set for the same IP? Have you ever tried to delete a port forwarding? Can you then make a new entry?

@egielle ,as I see in the system, your modem has already been switched to IPv4. Can you confirm this? You may need to restart your modem.
I'll give it a shoot this evening but I've kind of doubt. I've checked it out yersterday at noon and port forwarding was still grayed out.

just restarted my Connect Box but nothing changed.
I've also tried to reset it to factory default but nothing.

Thank you very much for your request. IPv4 is currently active on your modem. So port forwarding is also possible.
