powerline adaptor is constantly losing connection with the sync LED moving from a blinking red to a fixed red. It works for few minutes and then back to no connection. The connection and wifi works very well around the house except for the powerline. I'm not sure what else I can do...

Have tried factory reset a number of times. Makes no difference
@darrellr , I do not see an active powerline set in our system. Please install the Connect App and order a powerline set via the app after a WIFI scan.After receipt you can return the old set.

connected it, synced it.
as soon as anything is connected, either by cabke or wifi, the red light starts flashing and connection fails
@darrellr , We recommend that you contact our support at 0800 66 88 66.
I also recommend that you disconnect everything from the power supply and then switch on one device after the other. As a test, please do not switch on your Netgear device. Will everything work then?
