Still not getting what I pay for (600)

@antuf , We checked your signal and the values are fine. Did you have a switch or router in between? If so, remove all your own devices and run a speed test by connecting your computer directly to the Connect Box using a LAN cable.

Hello,

 

I have no router connected in between but I tried what you suggested and have the same results. Meanwhile your support group sent me a new router but there a still no changes.

I luckily got someone from support today and after doing all his checks he agreed that there is something very wrong so he has turned this matter over to the experts who should contact me sometime. I hope to get it solved soon because it's getting annoying.

Hello,

I have the same problem.

Supposed to have 200 down and 20 up. Up is perfect but down is bad.

Every day the same. around 30-50mbit instead of 200.

Please help?

I have also done all the Virus and Malware checks but did not find anything. We did a speed test with my daughters laptop and had the same results. I have given up trying to get through to UPC support who were supposed to call me 3 days ago. Still waiting.

1. Go to the section "Modify the Ethernet Card Speed and Power Management".

2. on Step 3. - do you have 100mbit Full duplex, or 1gbit Full duplex?
