@kinoux , I renamed your 2.4GHZ WIFI. Please connect your devices to this WIFI and test it again. If it is not a WIFI problem, please contact our telephone support.

using the 2.4 Ghz the spead test is very very slow 0.9 Mbps in download, when I'm connected to the 2.4GHz net. If I use the 5G works better more responsive but still have the issue (280 Mbps in download) ...

 

The 2.4Ghz is almost unsable : takes 20-30 sec to load the speedtest web page for instance. I'm wondering if the 2.4Ghz is not dead ?

 

telll me if I need to call by phone (at wich number?)
