enable port forwarding

Dear support,

 

I learnt that to be able to forward ports on my UPC Connect Box, you need to switch it to IPv4. Could you please do that for me?

@HansS , Welcome to the community! 

 

We have made the changeover, which will be completed in 30 minutes. Restart your modem afterwards. If you have problems, reset your modem. To do this, gently press the reset button on the back with a pointed object for at least 25 seconds. Then try again.
