Factory Reset doesn't change WebApp password

Hi,

 

I have forgotten my WebApp password and I am trying to reset it by doing a Factory Reset of my Horizon Box from the TV interface. However, even after the reset, the 'admin'-'admin' combination fails.

 

What should I do from here?
