I am experiencing extremely slow internet since 2 months now.
I have tried rebooting and reseting the Horizon Box (factory reset) but that has no improvement.
I have inquired about it from my friend from Hohenstrasse, Olten, and he too has same problem.
Please can you look into it.
I have a 40 MBPS connection and the Tests show 4 MBPS only. Only one connection over WiFi works and other gerate like Mobile, Tablet, Laptop do not even connect to WiFi.
